These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the rpvip3 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By accessing or using rpvip3, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and rpvip3 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the rpvip3 Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. rpvip3 actively enforces age verification as part of the KYC process and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The rpvip3 Platform is operated for and primarily directed at adult players in Indonesia. Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Registering or attempting to register multiple Accounts — whether under your own name or a false identity — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances associated with duplicate Accounts.
21+ Strictly Enforced: rpvip3 does not permit gambling by persons under 21 years of age under any circumstances. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use internet-filtering software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.
To use the Platform, you must complete the registration form by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card, KTP), date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and grounds for Account termination.
rpvip3 reserves the right to accept or decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons. Account approval is conditional upon successful completion of KYC verificat ion as described in Clause 9.
You are responsible for keeping your Account information accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change — including your bank account number, email address, or mobile number — you must notify rpvip3 support immediately at [email protected]. rpvip3 shall not be liable for any losses arising from outdated Account information.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Accounts closed at the Player's request may be reopened subject to identity re-verification at rpvip3's discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. rpvip3 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party, you must notify rpvip3 immediately. All activity conducted through your Account prior to notification will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and rpvip3 shall bear no liability for resulting losses.
rpvip3 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an optional but strongly recommended security measure. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized Account access. rpvip3 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's decision not to enable available security features.
Security Tip: Use a unique, strong password for your rpvip3 Account that is not reused across other websites or services. Enable 2FA in your Account security settings for maximum protection.
rpvip3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels:
Payment methods available to you may vary depending on your Account status and KYC verification level. rpvip3 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your rpvip3 Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification (Clause 9). rpvip3 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes during normal banking hours (07:00–22:00 WIB). Processing times may vary during national holidays or in the event of technical maintenance.
rpvip3 may apply daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits based on your Account tier and verification status. Current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard. rpvip3 reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits for security or operational reasons.
rpvip3 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account, delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities. Deposits may not be withdrawn without a minimum level of genuine wagering activity to prevent the Platform from being used as a funds-transfer mechanism.
All transactions on the rpvip3 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). rpvip3 does not currently support deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the rpvip3 Platform are subject to these general terms and any specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible games are specified on each promotion page. Bets placed on games excluded from the wagering requirement will not contribute to completion of the requirement.
rpvip3 reserves the right to withhold, void, or recover bonus funds and any winnings derived from them where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to:
Bonus Funds that are not used within the period specified on the promotion page (typically 7–30 days) will expire and be removed from your Account without notice. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified in each promotion's terms. Winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from your Account upon withdrawal processing.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from rpvip3. Unauthorized use of Platform content may result in Account termination and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rpvip3's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
rpvip3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of betting opportunity — even if rpvip3 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
rpvip3 accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, network latency, or device malfunction on the Player's side during bet placement, live-bet interactions, or account management activities.
Your use of the rpvip3 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
